    知识经济时代的到来和现代技术的广泛应用,给著作权国际保护提出了新的挑战.著作权国际保护的主体范围和客体范围扩大,保护水平提升.各国修法活跃,著作权国际保护制度固有的地域性弱化,一体化进程加快,网络环境下保护方式呈多样化趋势.
