    从三次产业就业结构来看,第三产业已成为扩大就业的主要渠道.但目前我国第三产业就业结构不甚合理,需要优化.从第三产业就业结构变动及就业弹性角度分析,我国应重点发展房地产业和社会服务业,这有利于扩大第三产业的就业容量.
