对包括中国在内的各国商业秘密法律保护现状进行比较分析,可以看到商业秘密保护立法在总体滞后的状况下又面临飞速发展的高新技术挑战的严峻现实,提出了进一步构筑完善的网络安全保护法律制度的建设性构想.
