宪法修正案把完善和保障人权写进宪法,这是我们国家对人权的尊重与保障的坚定立场和崇高职责的最高层次的宣示与承诺,举世瞩目,被喻为中国人权发展的里程碑和中国法治建设的新篇章.在中国"五四"宪法颁布五十周年之际,学习新宪法,深刻理解人权入宪的意义,从中可以体会到人权在我国政治、经济、社会、文化、教育等方面的重要价值.
