    摘要:

    民营二级学院是高等教育改革、高等教育从精英教育转向大众教育的直接产物,也是我国教育体系中的一个组成部分。面对激烈的生源竞争和今后的就业市场竞争,办出质量,办出特色,是二级学院得以健康发展的基本前提和生命线,而学生良好的学风则是办出质量的保证,也是学生成才的保证。
