法制现代化是一个从传统型的人治社会走向现代型的法治社会的变革过程 ,是从人治型的价值—规范体系向法治型的价值—规范体系的转换过程。当代中国法制呈现的现代化的趋势 ,是在中国社会从传统走向现代的过程中发生的。要使法律成为一个相对独立的社会子系统 ,树立法律的权威 ,真正实现邓小平说的不因领导人的意志转变而改变 ,我们还有很多工作要做
