我国企业知识产权管理首先必须建立和完善企业知识产权管理的组织体系 ,明确企业知识产权管理部门的职能 ,将知识产权管理工作独立设为一个专门的部门。其工作主要包括制定企业知识产权管理的发展战略、知识产权日常管理、知识产权经营管理、知识产权保护和知识产权教育培训管理等方面。
