    依法治教 ,是依法治国基本方略对教育战线提出的根本要求 ,依法治校是依法治教的重要组成部分 ,积极推进依法治校 ,使高校建设走上法治的轨道 ,既是 2 1世纪我国高校改革发展的方向和目标 ,也是 2 1世纪我国高校改革发展必然要实现的深刻变革

    Abstract:

    Actively push the management of the university by law is the aim of the reform and development of the universities of China in 21st century and it also a great change the universities of China must go through in their reform and development in 21st centur
