高等教育在培养创造型人才方面承担着重大的历史责任。创造型人才的成长是有条件的，并且条件是多方面的；但就基础性而言，主要取决于人本身和教育两个方面。个人障碍和传统教育是阻碍创造型人才成长的主要因素。
