    现代企业产权制度的基本内容是 :以公司的法人财产为基础 ,以出资者原始所有权、公司法人财产权和公司财产经营权相互分离为特征 ,形成公司财产的有限责任制度 ,通过科学的法人治理结构来实行产权的市场化运作 ,从而实现资源的优化配置 ,提高资源的利用效率
