高等教育能增强受教育者在人才市场中的就业竞争力,能延缓就业时间,缓冲就业压力,充当劳动力的"储备库",能培植新的经济增长点,进一步促进经济的发展,从而扩大就业机会等.总之高等教育的又一重要职能是创造就业机会,增强就业能力.
