| 在中国博客迅速发展的同时,博客言论世界中不和谐的声音亦有愈演愈烈之势,博客言论已给现行法律提出了一个新的命题。博客言论理应是言论自由保护之对象,而且赋予博客言论以自由是体现博客核心特征的需要。博客言论自然亦应有其内在的制约,在博客个人的自律、博客世界的道德规范及外部的法制手段之间寻求动态的平衡,以期限制博客言论,维系博客言论的合理秩序。 |

| While China's blog is rapidly developing,the unharmonious words in blog world are more and more increased and the bloggers' words raise a new question in current laws.Bloggers' words should be protected by freedom of speech and that bloggers are given freedom of speech is the demand of embodying core characteristics of the bloggers.The speech of the bloggers should have its inner restriction and should seek dynamic balance between self-restriction of the bloggers,ethical standard of blog world and external legal methods so as to restrict the speech of bloggers and to maintain rational order of the speech of the bloggers. |
