| 长江经济带冷链物流发展对国家构建内外联通的“四横四纵”国家冷链物流骨干通道网络有
重要的支撑作用。 运用熵权法的政策体现式综合评价方法从 3 个维度构建指标体系,测度各省市冷链发
展水平并分析其时空演变特征。 结果显示,冷链物流综合发展水平呈上升趋势,2020 年前地区间差异逐
渐减小,之后地区间差异拉大。 从时间维度看,各省份冷链物流发展水平在时间维度上较为稳定,上海、
江苏和浙江一直稳居前三。 从空间维度看,长江经济带冷链发展水平大体呈“东高西低”的态势,下游地
区的冷链发展水平远高于中、上游地区。 政策建议可以推动不同省份间的协同效应和互补性,促进长江
经济带区域一体化发展。 |

| Abstract: |
| The development of cold chain logistics in the Yangtze River Economic Belt significantly supports
China’s efforts to build a nationally and internationally connected “ four horizontal and four vertical” national
cold chain logistics backbone network. This paper employs a policy-embedded comprehensive evaluation method
based on the entropy weight method to construct an indicator system across three dimensions, measure the cold
chain development level of each province and municipality, and analyze its spatiotemporal evolution
characteristics. The results show that the overall development level of cold chain logistics exhibits an upward
trend. Regional disparities gradually narrowed before 2020 but widened thereafter. Temporally, the cold chain
development level of each province remained relatively stable over time, with Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang
consistently ranking in the top three. Spatially, the cold chain development level across the Yangtze River
Economic Belt generally follows a pattern of “higher in the east and lower in the west”, with the downstream
region significantly outperforming the midstream and upstream regions. Policy recommendations based on these
findings can promote synergies and complementarities among different provinces and facilitate the integrated
regional development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. |
