| 马克思主义理论学科自增设为一级学科以来,其建设取得了丰硕的成果。 这些成果当中,蕴含
着带有稳定性、普遍性、规律性的宝贵经验。 马克思主义理论学科站在了新时代新征程新的历史起点上,
以马克思主义理论学科优先发展、优势发展、优质发展带动高校哲学社会科学繁荣发展的历史任务显得
更加突出。 然而,部分学科点依然存在学科边界不清、学科专业化队伍建设与学科承担的使命要求还不
相适应、对思想政治理论课程建设的支撑服务仍需加强等问题。 本文从时代要求出发,提出要正确认识
学科地位、明确学科建设的历史任务,面对新情况新问题切实处理好若干重大关系,抓好 3 个环节确保思
政课高质量教学,切实履行好维护国家意识形态安全的光荣使命等思考。 |

| Theoretical Exploration and Contemporary Reflections on the“Three-Excellence” Construction of the Marxist Theory Discipline |

| Since being established as a first-level discipline, the Marxist Theory discipline has achieved
substantial accomplishments in its development. These achievements embody valuable experiences that are
stable, universal, and regular. In the new era and on the new journey, the Marxist theory discipline has
reached a new historical starting point. The historical task of promoting the prosperity of philosophy and social
sciences in China’ s universities through the prioritized, advantageous, and high-quality development of the
Marxist theory discipline has become even more prominent. However, in some disciplinary areas, there are still
issues such as unclear disciplinary boundaries, a mismatch between the construction of professional disciplinary
teams and the mission requirements of the discipline, and the need to strengthen the support for the construction
of ideological and political theory courses. Based on the requirements of the times, this paper proposes
considerations such as correctly understanding the disciplinary status, clarifying the historical tasks of discipline
construction, effectively handling several major relationships in the face of new situations and problems,
ensuring high-quality teaching of ideological and political courses by focusing on three key aspects, and
earnestly fulfilling the glorious mission of safeguarding national ideological security. |
