| 科技、教育与人才的紧密结合,既是人类社会进步的必然趋势,也是现代生产与教育发展的必
然需求。 马克思主义经典作家高度重视科技与教育在推动社会变革及生产力发展中的关键作用。 中国
共产党对教育科技人才的重视贯穿革命、建设和改革各个时期,且随时代发展不断深化。 面对新一轮科
技革命和产业变革的历史机遇与挑战,党的二十届四中全会将“一体推进教育科技人才发展”作为重要
部署纳入“十五五”规划,充分彰显了党中央对三者内在联系与发展规律的深刻理解。 这既是抓住新一
轮科技革命和产业变革历史机遇的“先手棋”,更是为统筹推进教育强国、科技强国、人才强国建设夯实
基础,为中国式现代化提供基础性、战略性支撑。 |

| The close combination of science and technology, education, and talent is not only an inevitable
trend of human social progress but also an essential requirement for the development of modern production and
education. Classic Marxist writers attached great importance to the crucial role of science and technology and
education in driving social transformation and the development of productive forces. The Communist Party of
China has consistently prioritized education, science and technology, and talent throughout the revolutionary,
construction, and reform periods, with this focus deepening continuously in accordance with the times.
Confronted with the historical opportunities and challenges brought by a new round of scientific and technological
revolution and industrial transformation, the fourth plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party
incorporated the “integrated advancement of education, science and technology, and talent development” as a
key strategic deployment into the 15th Five-Year Plan. This move fully demonstrates the Party Central
Committee’s profound grasp of the intrinsic connections and development patterns among these three areas. It
constitutes not only a strategic measure to seize the historic opportunities presented by the current technological
and industrial transformation but also lays a solid foundation for building a strong educational system, enhancing
scientific and technological strength, and fostering a high-quality workforce, thereby providing fundamental and
strategic support for advancing the Chinese path to modernization. |
