| 数智时代以大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能等新兴技术为支撑,深刻改变了传统的生产、交
换、分配和消费模式。 新型生产关系是顺应时代发展、契合生产力发展需求而形成的经济关系,从马克思
社会再生产“四环节”去把握新型生产关系的本质特征,是深入理解和形成新型生产关系的理论支撑。
形成与新质生产力相适应的新型生产关系,是立足我国国情和社会主义发展阶段所形成的独特生产关系
模式,并非仅仅是对原有生产关系的简单超越与重构,需要把握贯穿于社会再生产“四环节”中的核心问
题。 通过推进所有制结构、分配制度、社会主义市场经济体制等方面的综合改革,有效激发各类市场主体
的内在潜能,促进中国特色社会主义新型生产关系加快形成。 |

| Abstract: |
| Supported by emerging technologies such as big data, cloud computing, the Internet of Things,
and artificial intelligence, the digital-intelligent era has profoundly changed the traditional modes of production,
exchange, distribution, and consumption. The new type of production relations is an economic relationship that
conforms to the development of the times and meets the needs of productive forces. Grasping the essential characteristics of the new type of production relations from the “four links” of Marx’ s social reproduction provides
theoretical support for in-depth understanding and the formation of the new type of production relations. Forming
a new type of production relations compatible with new-quality productive forces is a unique model of production
relations based on China’s national conditions and the stage of socialist development. It is not merely a simple
transcendence and reconstruction of the original production relations, but requires grasping the core issues running through the “four links” of social reproduction. By promoting comprehensive reforms in aspects such as the
ownership structure, the distribution system, and the socialist market economic system, the internal potential of
various market players can be effectively stimulated, thus accelerating the formation of the new type of socialist
production relations with Chinese characteristics. |
