| Against the strategic backdrop of solidly advancing common prosperity, high-quality development
in the wealth management industry is of great significance for increasing the property income of urban and rural
residents through multiple channels. Overall, the digital transformation of securities companies significantly promotes the scale expansion and structural optimization of the wealth management industry, thereby achieving
high-quality development. At the service scenario level, digital technology helps to stimulate clients’ securities
trading activities, enhance the success rate of financial product sales, and to some extent, provide clients with
higher-quality investment advisory services. At the transmission path level, digital technology empowers the
scale expansion of the wealth management industry by increasing the scale of securities trading and financial
product sales. It also optimizes the structure of the wealth management industry by increasing the proportion of
securities trading revenue in total revenue. At the cross-border business level, establishing operational branches
of securities firms abroad is an important breakthrough path for the digital transformation of the wealth management industry. |
