| 交通运输是经济社会发展的基础,交通运输高质量发展对加快推进中国式现代化进程具有重要支撑作用,并呈现出与中国式现代化相一致的价值意蕴。 在党的坚强领导下,我国交通运输行业围绕中心、服务大局,经过多年的实践探索和改革深化,取得了举世瞩目的成就。 但仍存在综合交通基础设施建设不足、科技创新驱动水平有待提高、绿色低碳转型进度尚有欠缺、运输服务质量存在提升空间等现实问题与挑战。 面对全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程赋予的新任务和新使命,我国交通运输行业需从构建高质量综合交通基础设施体系、培育交通科技创新生态体系、加快推进绿色低碳转型进程、扩大优质运输服务供给四个方面发力,多领域、多路径协同推进交通运输高质量发展,助力中国式现代化进程。 |

| Transportation serves as the foundation of economic and social development, and high-quality development in the transportation sector plays a crucial supporting role in accelerating the Chinese-style modernization process, presenting value implications consistent with Chinese-style modernization. Under the strong leadership of the Party, China’s transportation industry has focused on the central tasks and served the overall interests, achieving remarkable accomplishments through years of practical exploration and deep reforms. However,
challenges such as inadequate comprehensive transportation infrastructure, underdeveloped levels of technological innovation drive, slow progress in green and low-carbon transformation, and the need for improved quality of
transportation services still exist. Facing the new tasks and missions endowed by the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country, China’s transportation industry needs to focus on constructing a highquality comprehensive transportation infrastructure system, fostering an ecosystem for transportation technology
innovation, accelerating the process of green and low-carbon transformation, and expanding the supply of highquality transportation services. By coordinating multiple sectors and paths, high-quality development in transportation can be promoted, contributing to the process of Chinese-style modernization. |
