| 渐进式的社区微更新承载着推动城市高质量发展、提升居民生活品质、推进基层治理能力现代化的三重意义。北京市方庄街道社区花园，通过构建“党建引领+居民自治+专业支持”的社区微更新空间治理机制，探索构建出以“组织逻辑+运行逻辑+意识形态逻辑”为闭环的社区微更新治理场景下的政党逻辑，为在社区微更新中实现党的领导提供了理论范式和实践参考。党建引领社区微更新的政党逻辑建构回应了当前社区微更新中党的领导不充分、公众参与表面化、空间治理不可持续的问题，有利于在社区微更新中充分发挥党“总揽全局、协调各方”的制度优势，实现高质量城市更新、高效能基层治理和高品质生活建设三者的统一。 |

| Progressive community micro-renewal carries the triple significance of promoting the high-quality development of the city, improving residents’ quality of life, and advancing the modernization of grassroots governance. Using the case of the community garden in Fangzhuang Street, Beijing, this study constructs a community micro-renewal space governance mechanism based on “Party leadership + resident autonomy + professional support”, explores and constructs a political logic of Party -led community governance within the closed loop of “organizational logic + operational logic + ideological logic” in the governance scenario of community micro -renewal, and provides a theoretical paradigm and practical reference for realizing Party leadership in community micro -renewal. The political logic of Party building leading community micro-renewal responds to current issues such as insufficient Party leadership, superficial public participation, and unsustainable spatial governance in community micro-renewal. It leverages the institutional advantages of the Party in “grasping the overall situation and coordinating all parties”, aiming to achieve the unity of high-quality urban renewal, efficient grassroots governance, and high-quality life construction in community micro-renewal. |
