| 解决好高校毕业生就业问题是经济社会发展的重大课题。近年来，高校毕业生就业呈现出总量持续增长，就业重心逐步下沉，就业类型趋于多元，看重经济收益等特征。进入新发展阶段，高校毕业生高质量充分就业意味着个体特质与工作岗位，个体发展与社会发展的高匹配度和高满意度。针对促进高校毕业生高质量充分就业中面临的现实问题，当前和今后一段时期的主要思路是需求侧扩大就业市场需求，供给侧提升毕业生就业能力，制度保障上加强对毕业生就业的帮扶，重点任务包括数字赋能就业体系、完善就业促进机制、引导毕业生返乡就业、保障困难群体充分就业。 |

| Addressing the employment issues of college graduates is a significant challenge for economic and social development. In recent years, the employment of college graduates has shown characteristics such as continuous growth in total volume, gradual shift of employment focus, diversification of employment types, and emphasis on economic benefits. Entering a new stage of development, high-quality and full employment for college graduates implies a high degree of match and satisfaction between individual traits and job positions, as well as between individual development and social development. In response to the practical issues faced in promoting high-quality and full employment of college graduates, the current and future focus will be on expanding employment market demand on the demand side, improving the employment ability of graduates on the supply side, and strengthening institutional support for graduates’ employment. Additionally, key tasks include empowering employment through digital technologies, refining mechanisms for employment promotion, guiding graduates to return to rural areas for employment, and ensuring full employment for disadvantaged groups. |
