| 立足于扩大内需、成渝地区双城经济圈建设等国家战略背景，利用成渝地区双城经济圈173个区县2013—2018年的面板数据建立空间计量模型，对公共支出的消费效应及其空间溢出效应进行研究。研究发现：成渝地区双城经济圈公共支出的增加在促进本区消费增长的同时，通过区县间消费水平的空间依赖改善了邻近地区的消费；公共支出与居民消费在2013—2015年呈现互补关系，在2016—2018年呈现替代关系。异质性检验结果表明，公共支出对居民的衣着支出、居住支出、教育文化娱乐支出有显著促进作用，对医疗保健支出有显著抑制作用，对食品烟酒支出、生活用品及服务支出、交通通信支出无显著影响。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on national strategies such as expanding domestic demand and constructing the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, this study utilizes panel data from 173 counties in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle from 2013 to 2018 to establish a spatial econometric model, investigating the consumption effect and spatial spillover effect of public expenditure. The study finds that the increase in public expenditure in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle not only promotes consumption growth within the region but also improves consumption levels in adjacent areas through spatial dependence among counties. Public expenditure and household consumption show a complementary relationship from 2013 to 2015 and a substitution relationship from 2016 to 2018. Heterogeneity tests reveal that public expenditure significantly promotes clothing, housing, education, culture, and entertainment expenditures for residents, while it significantly suppresses healthcare expenditures. It has no significant impact on expenditures related to food, tobacco, alcohol, household goods and services, and transportation and communication. |
