| 基于2012—2017年全国30个省份的平衡面板数据,利用DEA-Malmquist指数法测算区域环境治理效率,在此基础上构建空间杜宾模型,实证分析科技创新驱动下区域环境治理效率及其影响因素。研究发现:环境治理效率呈“东-中-西-东北”依次递减的空间格局分布,且整体治理效率有待提高;环境治理效率存在显著的溢出效应;科技投入和创新水平对环境治理效率有显著负向影响;环境投资、环境规制、产业结构、对外开放程度等对环境治理效率具有显著影响。 |

| Based on balanced panel data from 2012 to 2017 across 30 provinces in China, this study employs the DEA-Malmquist index method to measure regional environmental governance efficiency. Subsequently, a spatial Durbin model is constructed to empirically analyze the efficiency of regional environmental governance and its influencing factors under the drive of technological innovation. The study finds that: the efficiency of environmental governance exhibits a decreasing spatial pattern of “east-middle-west-northeast”, indicating a need for overall improvement in governance efficiency. Furthermore, there are significant spillover effects on environmental governance efficiency. Both technological input and innovation levels have a significant negative impact on environmental governance efficiency. Additionally, environmental investment, environmental regulation, industrial structure, and degree of openness to foreign markets also significantly influence environmental governance efficiency. |
