| 员工实施亲组织非伦理行为,并非是出于利己或者报复动机,而是为了实现组织利益。通过在北京和山西等地开展问卷调查,探讨职场灵性对员工亲组织非伦理行为的作用机制。在两个不同的时间节点收集到4 7份有效问卷,实证结果表明:职场灵性正向影响员工亲组织非伦理行为,工作满意度起着完全中介作用;职场排斥正向调节工作满意度对亲组织非伦理行为的影响,还正向调节工作满意度在职场灵性与员工亲组织非伦理行为之间的中介作用。 |

| The Influence of Workplace Spirituality on Employees’ Pro-organizational Unethical Behavior |

| Employees engage in pro-organizational unethical behavior not out of self -interest or revenge, but in order to benefit the organization. This study investigated the mechanisms by which workplace spirituality affects employees’ pro -organizational unethical behavior through questionnaire surveys conducted in Beijing and Shanxi. A total of 427 valid questionnaires were collected at two different time points. The empirical results indicate that workplace spirituality has a positive impact on employees’ pro-organizational unethical behavior, with job satisfaction playing a fully mediating role. Workplace exclusion positively moderates the influence of job satisfaction on pro -organizational unethical behavior, and also positively moderates the mediating role of job satisfaction between workplace spirituality and employees’ pro-organizational unethical behavior. |
