| 全面推行课程思政是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要方式，是全方位提升人才培养质量的关键举措，是贯彻落实新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议精神，推进“四个回归”，深化本科教育教学改革的重要途径之一。借鉴CIPP模式，采用文献调查法研究高校课程思政评价机制建设情况，发现课程思政评价过多关注结果而忽略课程实施过程或环境因素影响。因此，从课程思政教育环境、课程思政资源配置、课程思政实施环节、课程思政实施效果4个部分构建高校课程思政评价体系，旨在推进高校课程思政建设，提升高校教育教学质量。 |

| The comprehensive promotion of ideological and political education through all curricula is an important way for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and people, a key measure to enhance the quality of talent cultivation in all respects, and one of the important ways to implement the spirit of the National Undergraduate Education Work Conference for Higher Education in the New Era, promote the “four returns”, and deepen the reform of undergraduate education and teaching. Based on the CIPP model, this paper used the literature survey to study the construction of the evaluation mechanism of ideological and political education through all curricula in colleges and universities. The survey found that the evaluation of ideological and political education through all curricula paid too much attention to the results and ignored the course implementation process or the impact of environmental factors. Therefore, this research constructs the evaluation system of ideological and political education through all curricula from four parts: the environment of ideological and political education through all curricula, the allocation of resources for ideological and political education through all curricula, implementation links of ideological and political education through all curricula, and implementation effects of ideological and political education through all curricula. The purpose of the research is to promote the implementation of ideological and political education through all curricula in colleges and universities and to improve the quality of higher education and teaching. |
