| 在城乡二元结构背景下,留守儿童社交焦虑问题成为社会关注的焦点。基于社交焦虑作用机制模型,分析留守儿童社交焦虑的发生机制。采用干预实验研究法,对实验对象进行干预。结果显示,干预前,实验组和控制组在青少年社交焦虑量表(SAS-A)得分上无显著差异(p>0.05)。干预后,实验组和控制组在青少年社交焦虑量表得分上组间差异显著(p<0.01)。这表明,团体绘画艺术疗法能够显著降低留守儿童社交焦虑水平,并在改善留守儿童自我聚焦和外界关注方面有着积极效应。团体绘画艺术疗法的推广和国家、社会的共同发力有助于改善留守儿童社交焦虑问题。 |

| In the urban-rural dual structure context, social anxiety among left-behind children has become a focus of social attention. Based on the social anxiety mechanism model, the occurrence mechanism of social anxiety in left-behind children was analyzed. The intervention experimental research method was used to intervene experimental subjects. The results showed that there was no significant difference (p>0.05) in the scores on the Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents (SAS-A) between the experimental group and the control group before intervention. After the intervention, there was a significant difference (p<0.01) in the scores on the Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents (SAS A) between the experimental group and the control group. This indicates that group painting art therapy can significantly reduce the level of social anxiety of left-behind children and has a positive effect on improving their self-focus and external attention. The promotion of group painting art therapy and the joint efforts of the state and society can help alleviate the social anxiety of left-behind children. |
