| 阅读疗法作为一种对文学资源、写作和叙事创造性运用的技术，是转型变革时期社会工作回应社会发展需要以及人们心理需求的有效工具。一方面，社会工作服务中应用阅读疗法不仅可以采取面向服务对象的个人静读、团体阅读、共享阅读等模式，还可以运用面向服务内容的理解性阅读、创设性阅读、研究性阅读等模式；另一方面，社会工作发展出系统匹配、同盟创立、场景布局、意义诠释、自我重构和彰往察来等规范步骤，以及自我观照、主体重构、人生书写等核心技术，来协助服务对象实现心理复原、行为促进、自我完善和社会整合的目标。此外，社会工作在运用阅读疗法过程中，要特别注意阅读疗法的适应对象、资质要求、运用原则以及使用局限等方面的要求。 |

| Abstract: |
| As a technique for creative use of literary resources, writing and narrative, reading therapy is an effective tool for social work to respond to the needs of social development and people’s psychological needs in the period of transformation. On the one hand, the application of reading therapy in social work services can not only adopt patterns of individual static reading, group reading, and shared reading for service objects, but also patterns of understanding reading, creative reading, and research reading for service-oriented content. On the other hand, in the development of social work, standardized steps such as system matching, alliance creation, scene layout, meaning interpretation, self-reconstruction, and recognition of the past and future, as well as the core techniques such as self-viewing, subject reconstruction, and life writing, have been developed to help clients achieve the goals of psychological recovery, behavioral promotion, self-improvement, and social integration. In addition, in the process of using reading therapy in social work, special attention should be paid to the target, qualification requirements, application principles, and use limitations of reading therapy. |
