| 生成式人工智能ChatGPT的诞生引发全球关注与热议，相关研究在近几个月内迎来爆发式增长，有必要对国内外有关ChatGPT的研究情况进行梳理，为未来研究指明方向。通过文献研读和主题分析法，在研读国内外相关文献的基础上，提取出ChatGPT的概念与技术特征、主要领域、人机关系、风险与对策等主题进行分析，把握国内外有关ChatGPT研究的主要议题与研究方向。有关ChatGPT的研究在短时间内取得了大量成果，研究主要集中在ChatGPT的技术特质与相关领域的应用与挑战，但也存在概念梳理不足、研究方法单一、理论深度不够、研究视角狭隘等诸多问题。未来相关研究应在丰富研究方法和理论视野的基础上，进一步聚焦ChatGPT对人的价值挑战、人机关系的重塑和知识生产的变革等议题上来。 |

| The emergence of the generative artificial intelligence ChatGPT has sparked global attention and discussion. Relevant research has experienced explosive growth in recent months, making it necessary to sort out the research situation of ChatGPT at home and abroad to provide direction for future research. Through literature review and thematic analysis, the main topics and research directions in ChatGPT both domestically and internationally were extracted based on the study of related literature. These topics include the concept and technical features of ChatGPT, its main fields of application, the human-machine relationship, and associated risks and countermeasures. Systematic analysis of these topics has enabled a deeper understanding of the main themes and research trends in ChatGPT research. There has been a wealth of research on ChatGPT in a short period of time, with a focus on its technical features and applications in various fields and challenges. However, there are also many issues, such as inadequate concept clarification, a single research method, insufficient theoretical depth, and narrow research perspectives. In the future, related research should expand research methods and theoretical perspectives, and further focus on issues such as the value challenges of ChatGPT to humans, the reshaping of human-machine relationships, and the transformation of knowledge production. |
