| 提高出口技术复杂度对增强中国出口贸易竞争力，建设贸易强国具有重要意义。利用双重差分法，以我国2001年正式加入世界贸易组织这一外生事实为准自然实验，全面考察了贸易政策不确定性对企业出口技术复杂度的影响。研究发现，贸易政策不确定性下降能够有效促进企业出口技术复杂度的提高，且贸易政策不确定性下降引致的高创新成功率在其中起到了重要的间接作用。此外，异质性分析显示：不同所有制下，外资企业和民营企业的出口技术复杂度因贸易政策不确定性下降而明显提高，但对国有企业的作用力不明显；从不同地区来看，沿海地区企业表现出更为强烈的出口技术复杂度提升效应，而内陆地区企业则无明显影响效应；从不同行业来看，贸易政策不确定性下降对中高技术和低技术行业的出口技术复杂度提升具有激励作用，而对中低技术行业存在抑制作用。 |

| Improving the technical complexity of export is of great significance to enhancing the competitiveness of China’s export trade and building a trade power. In this paper, the influence of the uncertainty of trade policy on the technical complexity of enterprises’ export is investigated by using the difference-in-differences method and the exogenous fact that China officially became a member of the World Trade Organization in 2001 as the natural experiment. It is found that the decrease of trade policy uncertainty can effectively promote the increase of technical complexity of enterprises’ export, and the high innovation success rate caused by the decrease of trade policy uncertainty plays an important indirect role in this process. In addition, the heterogeneity analysis shows that under different ownerships, the technical complexity of export of foreign-funded enterprises and private enterprises increases significantly due to the decrease in trade policy uncertainty, while the influence on state-owned enterprises is not obvious. From the perspective of different regions, the enterprises in coastal areas show a stronger effect of increasing export technology complexity, while the enterprises in inland areas have no obvious effect. From the perspective of different industries, the decrease of trade policy uncertainty has an incentive effect on the increase of export technology complexity of medium-and high-tech and low-tech industries, while it has an inhibitory effect on medium-and low-tech industries. |
