| 群众路线是中国共产党实现第一个百年奋斗目标的法宝，也是新时代新征程上实现第二个百年奋斗目标的法宝。 “一切为了群众”是实现第二个百年奋斗目标的价值旨归，“一切依靠群众”是实现第二个百年奋斗目标的根本途径，“从群众中来、到群众中去”是实现第二个百年奋斗目标的基本方法。运用群众路线实现第二个百年奋斗目标的路径选择包括：通过全过程人民民主贯彻群众路线，在促进公平正义的过程中贯彻群众路线，积极利用新科技手段贯彻群众路线。 |

| The mass line is the magic weapon of the Communist Party of China to achieve the First Centenary Goal. It is also the magic weapon to achieve the Second Centenary Goal in the new era and new journey. “Doing everything for the masses” is the value purport of achieving the Second Centenary Goal. “Relying on the masses in every task” is the fundamental way to achieve the Second Centenary Goal. Carrying out the principle of “from the masses, to the masses” is the basic method to achieve the Second Centenary Goal. The path options for using the mass line to achieve the Second Centenary Goal include implementing the mass line through the whole process of people’s democracy, implementing the mass line in the process of promoting fairness and justice, and actively using new technological means to implement the mass line. |
