| 小康社会理论来源于我国古代、近代的小康社会思想以及马克思主义社会发展阶段理论。 小
康社会由百姓向往的生活状态发展为治国的一种社会模式,中国共产党把小康社会由理想愿景付诸社会
实践。 中国共产党人在“百年”的奋斗实践中,实现了“建构小康社会”到“建立小康社会”、“建设小康社
会”到“建成小康社会”、“全面建成小康社会”到“决胜建成小康社会”的飞跃并取得全面建成小康社会的
胜利。 全面建成小康社会的实现具有重要价值,丰富了马克思主义中国化创新发展的理论宝库,为中国
梦的实现奠定了坚实的社会基础,也为世界减贫治贫贡献了中国力量。 总结中国共产党小康社会“百年
奋斗”的历程和经验,对于开启社会主义现代化强国建设新实践具有重要意义。 |

| The theory of well-off society comes from the ancient and modern ideas of well-off society in
China and the Marxist theory of social development stages. The Communist Party of China (CPC) put into prac_x0002_tice the ideal vision of a well-off society, which was developed from the people’s desired state of life to a social
model for governing the country. In the course of “one hundred years” of struggle and practice, Chinese Communists have realized the leap from “constructing a moderately prosperous society” to “establishing a moderately
prosperous society”, from “building a moderately prosperous society” to “completing the building of a moderately prosperous society”, from “ completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round
way” to “securing a decisive victory in completing the building of a moderately prosperous society”, and have
achieved the victory in completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. The realization of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is of great value. It has enriched the theoretical treasure house of Marxism’s innovation and development in China, laid a solid social foundation for the realization of the Chinese Dream, and contributed China’ s strength to poverty reduction and eradication in the
world. It is important to summarize the history and experience of the CPC’s “hundred-year struggle” for a moderately prosperous society in order to start a new practice of building a strong socialist modernization country. |
