| 基于主动动机模型,探讨包容型氛围对员工创新行为的作用机制,并检验工作繁荣在此过程中
的中介作用以及工作自主性的调节作用。 通过在 2 个时间点收集问卷,共得到 472 份在山西和内蒙古等
地工作的有效员工样本。 研究表明:(1)包容型氛围正向影响员工创新行为;(2)工作繁荣起着部分中介
作用;(3)工作自主性正向调节工作繁荣与员工创新行为之间的关系,并且正向调节工作繁荣的中介
效应。 |

| Based on the proactive motivation model, this paper explores the mechanism of an inclusive at_x005fmosphere on employee innovation behavior, and examines the mediating effect of employees’ thriving at work
and the moderating effect of job autonomy in this process. By collecting questionnaires twice, a total of 472
effective samples of employees working in Shanxi and Inner Mongolia were obtained. The results show that: (1)
the inclusive atmosphere positively affects employees’ innovative behavior; (2) employees’ thriving at work
plays a partial mediating role; ( 3) job autonomy positively moderates the relationship between employees’
thriving at work and employees’ innovation behavior, and positively moderates the mediating effect of job
prosperity. |
