| 从历史源流看,医务社会工作是社会工作最初、最专业和最活跃的领域,与医务工作相伴共 生。 在改革进入攻坚期和深水区的今天,医患关系的紧张态势更加呼唤医务社会工作服务的专业性、服 务能力和实际效用,需要探索出一条健康发展的路径。 为此,本研究以 A 市 B 区医务社会工作的发展历 程作为研究对象,梳理了其发展脉络,发现该区医务社会工作发展初期有赖政府推动,发展期则需多中心 合作,是一个从政府推动到社会自觉的嬗变过程。 文章试图从内部和外部两方面来探讨新时代中国医务 社会工作的可能发展成长机制,认为中国医务社会工作发展的原始动力需要政府推动和主导,但其持续 发展则有赖于社会力量的多中心合作。 |

| Medical social work is the initial, the most professional and the most active field of social work from the perspective of historical origin and coexists with medical work. In the present day of the reform, the tension of the relationship between the doctor and the patient call for the professional, service and practical utility of the medical social work service. So we need to find a path that can promote the healthy and effective development of the medical social work in the new era. Therefore, we take the development course of medical social work in District B of City A as the research object, comb its development context, and find that the initial period of medical social work in this area depends on the promotion of the government, and the development period needs multi-center cooperation, which is a transmutation process from government launch to social consciousness. We attempt to explore the possible development and growth mechanism of medical social work in China from both internal and external aspects, and hold that the original motive force of the development of medical social work in China needs to be promoted and led by the government, but the motive force for its sustainable development needs the multi-center cooperation of social forces. |
