| 数字经济已成为推动国民经济增长和经济高质量发展的“ 新引擎”。如何客观、准确、全面地
核算数字经济规模及其对经济增长的贡献度是当前国民经济核算体系面临的重大课题。在对国内外数
字经济核算范围和测度方法比较的基础上,充分考虑我国数字经济的活动情况,并结合我国国民经济产
业分类的实际情况,构建符合我国国情的数字经济分类体系,运用投入产出分析方法测算出2017 年数字
经济规模为21. 42 万亿元,占GDP 的比重达到26. 09%。将相关机构测度的数字经济规模与测度数据进
行比较,认为投入产出分析方法在衡量数字经济规模方面具有独特优势,并就数字经济核算的后续研究
进行展望。 |

| Abstract: |
| Digital economy has become the new engine of national economic growth and high-quality economic
development. The major issue facing the current system of national accounts is how to objectively, accurately
and comprehensively calculate the scale of the digital economy and its contribution to economic growth.
Based on the comparison of domestic and foreign digital economy accounting scopes and measurement methods,
this article fully considers the activities of digital economy in china, and combines the actual situation of China’
s national economic industry classification to develop a digital economy classification system that meets China’s
actual situation. This article uses the input-output analysis method to calculate the scale of the digital economy
in 2017 to be 21. 42 trillion yuan, accounting for 26. 09% of GDP. Finally, the scale of the digital economy
measured by related institutions is compared with the data measured in this article, and it is believed that the input-
output analysis method has unique advantages in measuring the scale of the digital economy. This article
looks forward to the follow-up research on digital economy accounting. |
