    摘要:

    针对农业产业链的“卡脖子”现象、供需脱节和利益分配不均、农产品全流程追溯困难等问题,在梳理我国农业产业链发展过程和组织模式的基础上,运用区块链的分布式存储结构、安全防篡改、信息公开透明、可追溯可验证、智能合约等技术优势,构建农业产业链双循环格局并进行案例分析。得出以下结论:第一,区块链技术与农业产业链在属性和结构上具备耦合性;第二,以公平高效的利益联结机制为基础,通过多主体协作模式打造畅通的产业链内循环,在共同利益基础上形成稳定合作关系;第三,以可验证可溯源的信任共享机制为核心,建立农产品全流程溯源体系,包括农产品溯源内部联盟链和外部联盟链,实现产业链内循环与外循环相互促进。

    Abstract:

    There are many problems in the agricultural industrial chain such as bottlenecks,the disconnection between supply and demand,the uneven distribution of interests,and the difficulty of tracing the whole process of agricultural products.On the basis of organizing the development process and organization mode of China’s agricultural industrial chain,the paper uses the technical advantages of blockchain including the distributed storage structure,security and tamper-proofing,information openness and transparency,traceability and verifiability,smart contracts to build a dual-cycle pattern of agricultural industrial chain and conducts case analysis.The conclusions are as follows.Firstly,blockchain technology and agricultural industry chain are coupled in terms of attributes and structure.Secondly,based on the fair and efficient interest connection mechanism,smooth internal circulation of the industrial chain should be created through the multi-agent cooperation mode,and a stable cooperative relationship should be formed on the basis of common interests.Finally,with the verifiable and traceable trust sharing mechanism as the core,a whole process traceability system of agricultural products should be established,which includes the internal alliance chain and external alliance chain of agricultural product traceability,so as to realize the mutual promotion of internal and external circulation of the industrial chain.
