| 中国共产党的领导是中国特色社会主义最本质的特征。高等教育是中国特色社会主义事业的重要组成部分和实现中国特色社会主义现代化的核心领域,研究党领导高等教育治理的形态,可从治理概念的界定厘清研究的边界,从治理形态的分类归纳治理的表现形式,从治理的实践分析治理的要素与机制。高等教育治理形态在瞄准既定目标的过程中实现制度架构的选择和过程的优化。在党领导高等教育治理的实践中,以“人的全面发展,办人民满意的教育”为办学理念,实践党委领导下的校长负责制、校长治校、教授治学、学院治理、学生参与、外部关系六大治理举措,引领治理参与主体共同实现“善治”,推动高等教育治理体系和治理能力现代化目标的实现。 |

| The leadership of the Communist Party of China is the most essential feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Higher education is an important part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the core field of realizing socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.To study the governance pattern of higher education led by the CPC,we can clarify the research boundary from the definition of the concept of governance,summarize the manifestations of governance from the classification of governance patterns,and analyze the elements and mechanisms of governance from the governance practice.In the process of aiming at the established objectives,the governance pattern of higher education establishes the system through selecting patterns and optimizing the process.In the practice of higher education governance under the leadership of the CPC,“the all-round development of people and the education that satisfies the people”is the school-running philosophy,six governance measures(the president responsibility system,the president managing the university,professors pursuing their scholarly research,colleges governance,students’participation,and external relations)with the leadership of the CPC are being implemented,and the governance participants are guided to jointly achieve“good governance”,so as to promote the modernization of higher education governance system and capacity. |
