| 重庆是中国内陆最早开通中欧班列的城市,也是国际贸易陆海新通道的枢纽。自"一带一路"倡议提出以来,重庆对欧贸易建设取得了新成绩,同时也暴露出部分问题。中欧班列运行效率有待提升,本地企业在对外贸易中面临贸易保护主义和贸易壁垒。国际法可以为重庆开展对欧贸易提供坚实的基础,我国应当在"一带一路"框架下推进贸易规则与交通运输规则法制化,以国际法固化双方权利义务,保护各方利益。重庆应当依托"一带一路"倡议,建设好中欧班列和陆海新通道的交通枢纽;同时,根据本地企业自身特点找出一条合适的发展道路,提升重庆和中国的国际影响力,促进"一带一路"建设。 |

| The Guarantee of International Law for the Development of Trade with Europe in Western China under the Framework of the Belt and Road Initiative:Taking Chongqing as an Example |

| Abstract: |
| Chongqing is the earliest city in inland China to open China-Europe Express Train and is also the central city of the International Land and Maritime Trade Corridor. Since the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative，Chongqing has made new achievements in the trade with Europe， but also exposed some problems. The operation efficiency of China-Europe Express Train needs to be improved，and some local enterprises have encountered trade protectionism and trade barriers in international trade. International Law can provide a solid foundation for trade with Europe. China should promote the legalization of trade rules and transportation rules under the framework of “B&R”， solidify the rights and obligations of both sides with international law， and protect the interests of all parties. Relying on the Belt and Road Initiative， Chongqing should build a good transportation hub for China-Europe Express Train and New International Land and Maritime Trade Corridor. At the same time， Chongqing should find a suitable development road according to the characteristics of local enterprises， enhance the international influence of Chongqing and China，and promote the construction of “B&R”. |
