| 本文使用2017年中国流动人口监测数据,借助Heckman模型、交互模型对流动人口就业稳定性的收入效应进行研究。研究表明在控制了个人特征、流动特征、就业特征差异后,就业稳定性对收入具有正向影响。进一步控制选择性偏差后,就业性稳定的收入效应仍然显著。就业稳定者的收入比就业不稳定者高出20.2%。劳动力市场分割和流出地、流入地的推拉力显著影响着流动人口就业稳定性的收入效应。 |

| Based on the monitoring data of China’s floating population in 2017,this paper uses the Heckman model and interactive model to study the income effect of the stability of the floating population’s employment.Research shows that after controlling the differences of personal characteristics,mobility characteristics,and employment characteristics,employment stability has a positive impact on the income.After further controlling the selective bias,the impact of employment on income remains significant.The income of people with stable employment is 20.2%higher than that of people with unstable employment.The labor market segmentation and push-pull froce of immigratory place and migratory place significantly affect the income effect of the stability of the floating population’s employment. |
