| 本文选取神农架国家公园作为案例地,从贫困人口感知视角出发,调查贫困居民对旅游扶贫经济、社会文化和环境受益的感知差异,并运用结构方程模型验证了其感知差异对扶贫满意度及参与意愿(胜任力与行为态度)以及满意度对参与意愿的正向影响关系。研究发现当地贫困居民有强烈的参与到旅游脱贫中的行为意向,但是胜任力的缺乏限制了其参与行为。最后提出深挖文化提升参与意愿,智力扶贫提高胜任力,范围细分提高扶贫满意度,多元主体保障扶贫效率等建议。相关管理部门应在国家政策的导向下正确引导公众参与,促进国家公园的可持续发展与建设。 |

| In the critical period of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,it is a major obstacle of national parks to win the battle against poverty,to help achieve overall poverty alleviation,Shennongjia National Park was selected as a case.This study investigated the perceived differences among poor residents in Shennongjia National Park on the economic,socio-cultural and environmental benefits of poverty alleviation through tourism,and the structural equation model was used to verify the positive relationship between their perception differences,satisfaction with poverty alleviation,and willingness to participate(competency and behavioral attitude)from the perspective of poor residents’perception.Besides,this paper shows that the local poor residents have a strong behavioral intention to participate in the tourism poverty alleviation while the lack of competency limits their participation.Finally,four specific suggestions were put forward according to the research conclusion by enhancing cultural connotation,improving competence by intellectual poverty alleviation;the satisfaction of poverty alleviation by subdividing the poverty alleviation scope,ensuring the efficiency of poverty alleviation by establishing multiple subjects,so that the relevant management departments can correctly guide the public participation under the guidance of national policies to promote the sustainable development and construction of Shennongjia National Park. |
