| 网络社会治理创新是一种以自我为诉求对象的渐进反思式改革运动,是内含理念—体制—机制—方式方法四维创新的复合工程,它呈现出开放性、包容性、系统性和长期性等复杂性特征。网络社会治理创新目标分为近景战术目标和远景战略目标,其近景战术目标是致力于构建中国式的网络社会治理模式,远景战略目标则是建立稳定、有序、和谐的网络社会治理秩序。网络社会治理创新的行动主体包括公共机构、商业实体、网络媒介和网民主体四类,他们相互组合,形成网络社会治理创新行动主体的优化结构。 |

| Social governance innovation of network in virtual society is a kind of gradually reforming movement regarding itself as the claim object.It is a four-dimensional innovation composite engineering with contents concept,system,mechanism and methods.It presents complex characteristics such as openness,inclusiveness,systematization,chronicity and so on.The goals of governance innovation in virtual society can be classified into the close short tactical goal which is committed to the construction of Chinese governance model in virtual society,and long-term strategic goal which is to establish a stable,orderly,harmonious governance order in virtual society.Action subjects of governance innovation in virtual society include public institutions,business entities,network medias and netizens,they support each other to form the optimized structure of the action subjects about social governance innovation of network. |
