| 随着医患矛盾的愈演愈烈,不少患者将消极的情绪转化成过激的言行,刺痛着医者仁心。在医务社会工作领域中,优势视角为患者提供一种处理医患矛盾的思维方式,使其挖掘自身克服困境的潜力与优势。通过在广西G医院的应用研究发现,优势视角具有引导患者正确认识医患矛盾根源、调动患者抗击疾病的主动性,并最终利用优势实现个人成长、促成医患矛盾合理解决的效果。同时存在患者的潜在优势不易发掘、容易忽视客观条件限制和适用范围有限等问题,可以从提升医务社会工作的服务成效、推动多重主体的协同参与和创新医患矛盾的解决路径等方面进行改善。 |

| With the increasing contradiction between doctors and patients,many patients turn angry emotions into sharp language to sting the benevolence of doctors.In the field of medical social work,the strengths perspective can provide patients with a way of thinking to deal with the contradiction between doctors and patients,and make them pay attention to their own advantages and resources to change the bad situation.Based on the applied research in Guangxi G Hospital,it is found that the strengths perspective has the effect of guiding patients to correctly understand the root causes of doctor-patient contradiction,mobilizing patients’initiative to fight diseases,finally making use of advantages to achieve personal growth,and facilitating the rational resolution of doctor-patient conflicts.But at the same time,the potential advantages of the patients are not easy to explore,easy to ignore the limitations of objective conditions and limited scope of application and so on,which can be improved from the aspects of improving the service effectiveness of medical social work,promoting collaborative participation of multiple actors and innovating the solution path of doctor-patient contradiction. |
