| 本文通过对16条上海医务社工招聘信息的内容分析,同时结合对上海11家医院的11名工作人员的半结构访谈,来了解医院对医务社工的招聘要求,并据此探索上海医务社工专业化的水平和内涵。研究结果表明,绝大多数医院要求应聘者拥有较高的学历(本科及以上学历)、社会工作相关专业背景、社会工作职业水平证书,和具备一定的实务经验。这表明,上海医院对应聘者提出了较高的专业品质要求,这可能是上海医务社工专业化水平较高的原因。同时,本研究还发现,这些医院强调应聘者必须具备直接服务、沟通、资源链接以及志愿者组织和管理等方面的能力品质。这些能力品质为上海医务社工的专业化提升指明了方向。 |

| The Level and Connotation of Medical Social Workers’Professionalization in Shanghai:An Analysis Based on Hospitals’Recruitment |

| The rapid development of medical social work benefits from the implementation of policies in Shanghai,while a hospital mainly selects social workers through the recruitment,which ultimately affects the level of professionalization in this area.Using content analysis of 16 pieces of recruitment information of medical social workers,combing with the semi-structured interview of 11 staff from 11 Shanghai hospitals,this study explored the recruitment requirement for medical social workers and the level and connotation of medical social work’s professionalization in Shanghai.The results show that the most hospitals require applicants with higher educational background(Bachelor’s degree or above),major in social work or related major,with social worker license and certain practical experience.This indicates that the hospitals in Shanghai have put forward higher professional requirements for their applicants,which may be the reason for the higher level of professionalization of medical social workers in Shanghai.This study also found that these hospitals emphasized the abilities of clinical service,communication,resource linking,volunteer management and so on,which showed the direction of professionalization promotion of medical social work in Shanghai. |
