| 中国社会工作有两个源头，一个是近代从西方传入的专业社会工作，另一个是中国本土的社会工作。本土社会工作与专业社会工作分别对应着中西方社会的传统特质，即乡土社会与工业文明，这是探讨中国社会工作历史起源问题的两分法。扶贫济困成为政府责任，是社会工作兴起的最基本标志。根据这样的概念界定，可以把本土社会工作的起点前移到宋代，如此就可以进行中西方社会工作历史起源问题的对照、比较，形成一条关于中国社会工作起源和发展的完整线索。 |

| Abstract: |
| There are two sources of social work in China, one is professional social work introduced from the West in the modern era, and the other is social work in China. Local social work and professional social work correspond to the traditional characteristics of Chinese and Western societies, namely rural society and industrial civilization. This is a dichotomy to discuss the origin of Chinese social work history.In fact, poverty alleviation has become a government responsibility, which is the most basic sign of the rise of social work.Therefore, according to this concept definition, the starting point of local social work can be moved back to the Song Dynasty, so that the historical origin of social work in China and the West can be compared, and then a complete clue about the origin and development of social work in China can be formed. |
