| 以成渝城市群为代表的川渝协同发展即将成为继京津冀、长三角、粤港澳之后的又一重要增长极。以“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”为基点，建立包含五大发展理念的川渝协同发展指数，利用2008—2017年的数据进行测算，得出以下结论：第一，总体上，协同发展总指数逐年上升，但上升速度在缓慢下降，两地的协同发展具有较大的提升空间。第二，从分项指标来看，十年间创新发展指数和绿色发展指数的提升非常明显，协调发展指数和共享发展指数缓慢上升，而开放发展指数表现出先升后降的趋势。第三，为缩小与京津冀、长三角、粤港澳等发达地区的差距，需要坚持创新发展、着眼协调发展、引领绿色发展、扩大开放发展、实现共享发展，深度推进川渝协同发展，发挥重庆在新时代西部大开发中的支撑作用，在共建“一带一路”中的带动作用，在长江经济带绿色发展中的示范作用。 |

| The new development concept is the main content of the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era of Xi Jinping. It is a baton that guides the high quality development of countries and regions. The coordinated development of Sichuan and Chongqing, represented by the Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration, will soon become another important growth pole after Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Guangdong Hongkong Macao. Based on“innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing”, we can construct synergistic development index of Sichuan Chongqing, which contains five development concepts. Using the data from 2008 to 2017 to calculate, we are able to find the following conclusions. Firstly, as a whole, the total index of synergistic development has increased year by year, but the rate of increase has declined. So there is a large room for improvement of synergistic development of these two areas. Secondly, from sub indicators, the improvement of the innovation development index and the green development index in the past decade is very obvious. The coordinated development index and the shared development index are slowly rising, while the open development index shows a trend of rising first and then falling. Thirdly, in order to narrow the gap between the developed regions such as Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Guangdong Hongkong Macao, we need to persist in innovation development, focus on coordinated development, lead green development, expand open development and achieve shared development, and deepen the synergistic development of Sichuan and Chongqing, so that Chongqing is able to play a supporting role in the development of western region in the new era, a driving role in the co construction of “the Belt and Road”, and a demonstration role in the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. |
