| 本文通过理论分析认为产业升级可以通过优化资源配置、扩大分工、加强政策支持等影响市场化进程。以此为基础，利用1998—2014年31个省份的面板数据进行实证分析，实证结果表明：产业升级能够影响我国市场化进程，以全要素生产率提高为代表的产业升级质的变化，对我国市场化进程有显著的影响；以第二第三产业产值比重提高为代表的产业升级量的变化，也能够影响各区域市场化进程，且第三产业影响市场化进程的作用要高于第二产业，城镇化水平、贸易开放程度、自主创新能力等控制变量对市场化进程的影响则表现出区域差异。在新旧动能转换的背景下，产业升级会成为区域经济发展的常态，根据本文研究的相关结论，在这一过程中地区政策的制定要考虑产业升级对市场化进程的影响，从而更好地实现市场在资源配置中起决定性作用的目标。 |

| Can Industrial Upgrading Affect the Regional Marketization Process? |

| Abstract: |
| Under the influence of industrial upgrading, whether may the regional marketization process change? Through theoretical analysis, this paper argues that industrial upgrading can affect the marketization process by optimizing resource allocation, expanding division of labor and strengthening policy support. Based on what mentioned above, we use the panel data of 31 provinces from 1998 to 2014 to make the empirical analysis, and the empirical results show that the industrial upgrading can influence the marketization process of China, that the qualitative change of industrial upgrading represented by the improvement of total factor productivity has obvious effects on the marketization process, while the quantitative change of industrial upgrading represented by the increase of the proportion of output value of secondary industry and tertiary industry also can affect the marketization process, and that the role of the tertiary industry is higher than that of the secondary industry. And the results also show that other control variables, such as urbanization level, degree of open trade, and the independent innovation ability, have different regional influence on marketization process. Under the background of replacing old growth drivers with new ones, industrial upgrading will become the norm in the development of regional economy. According to the related conclusions of this paper, the regional policy making should consider the impact of industrial upgrading on the marketization process so as to better achieve the target that market plays the decisive role in the allocation of resources. |
