| 新中国成立以来，党和国家历代领导集体坚持以马克思主义生态文明建设理论为指导，根据不同时期国内外形势，探索和发展了中国特色社会主义生态文明思想并进行了积极实践。中国共产党生态文明建设的理论和实践经历了一个不断深化的历史过程，从植树造林到环境保护为基本国策、从环境保护基本国策到可持续发展、从可持续发展到科学发展、从科学发展再到绿色发展。本文从生态文明建设的战略定位、建设内容、途径方式三个方面重点阐述了十八大以来中国共产党生态文明建设思想的发展与实践所取得的成就。 |

| Since the founding of new China, the successive Party and National Leadership uphold the guide of Marxism ecological civilization construction theory, explore, develop and actively practice the ecological civilization thoughts of the socialism with Chinese characteristics according to the situation at home and abroad in different times. The theory and practice of ecological civilization construction of Chinese Communist Party experience a continuous deepening process based on the basic national policy from tree planting forestation to environment protection, from environment protection to sustainable development, from sustainable development to scientific development, and from scientific development to green development. Practically, the achievements in the development and practice of ecological civilization construction thoughts of Chinese Communist Party in such three perspectives as strategic position, construction contents and path and method of ecological civilization construction are discussed. |
