| 论文借鉴供应链“推拉”分析方法，基于配送流程中不同推拉分界点的设置，定义了社区店实施、配送中心实施和网络平台整合三种城市配送当日达实施机制，从特点、实施难度、流程和适用情形等角度对不同模型进行了分析，并提供对应的城市配送当日达实施案例。最后对三种模式进行了比较分析，为城市配送当日达的顺利实施提供参考。 |

| Based on the “push pull” analysis method in supply chain theory,three different methods for the same day delivery in urban distribution,including community store implementation,distribution center implementation and network platform integration,were defined according to the setting of “push pull” boundary points.Then these methods were analyzed from the perspective of characteristics,difficulty of implementation and applicable circumstances,and the corresponding implementing cases of the same day delivery in urban distribution were provided.Finally,the comparison and analysis for the three models were conducted to provide the reference for smooth implementation of the same day delivery in urban distribution. |
