| 医患信任是现代社会最基本、最基础、最重要的信任关系。现代医患信任应是生活世界中对专业医疗服务的专家信任、社会场域中对完善医疗保障的机构信任与心理场域中对和谐医疗环境的心理信任的集合体。我国三位一体的医患信任面临严峻挑战，受到诸多因素限制，新时代建设良性医患信任的本土化策略可从三大层面进行：重塑牢固和谐的专家信任与人际信任，新塑医患信任的微观基础；构筑平衡充分的机构信任与制度信任，完善医患信任的宏观保障；培育具有本土特色的心理信任与文化信任，锻造医患信任的核心气质。 |

| Doctor patient trust is the most basic and the most important trust relation in modern society.Modern doctor patient trust should be the integration of the trust in the experts of professional medical service in the living world,the trust in the agencies perfecting medical security in society and the trust in harmonious medical environment in psychological field.China’s trinity of doctor patient trust faces serious reality and is restricted by many factors.Therefore,the localization strategy for building good doctor patient trust at new era can be processed from three levels such as remodeling secure and harmonious expert trust and interpersonal trust to create the micro basis of doctor patient trust,building balanced and sufficient agency trust and institutional trust to perfect the macro security of doctor patient trust,and cultivating psychological trust and cultural trust with local characteristics to train the core temperament of doctor patient trust. |
