| School management by professors is one of hot topics on the management of universities and colleges in recent years.The existed research mainly includes its value implication,power boundary,implementation dilemma,implementation path and so on.The deep illumination of these research results on school management by professors powerfully promotes its exploration and practice based on modern system of universities and colleges.In order to further boost the management modernization of universities and colleges,the academic circle should focus on its political guarantee,operation mechanism,path selection and so on. |
