| 党的十九大强调，中国特色社会主义建设进入新时期，要坚持以人民为中心的发展思想，这是顺应社会发展需要，符合时代要求的新思想。本文分析了以人民为中心发展思想的政治经济学内涵以及对劳动价值论的新认识，从发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享三个角度说明劳动价值论是以人民为中心发展思想的坚实理论基础，针对以人民为中心发展存在的问题提出对策建议。 |

| The 19 th National Congress of CPC stressed that the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered into a new stage and that China must adhere to people centered development idea which is a new idea which follows the demand of social development and which fits for the requirement of the times.This paper analyzes the connotation of people centered development thought from the perspective of political economics and new understanding of labor value theory,illustrates that labor value theory is solid theoretical basis for people centered development from such three perspective as development for the people,development depending on the people,development results shared by the people,and advances suggestions according to the existing problems in people centered development. |
