    摘要:

    创新是企业生存发展之本。就一个企业而言,员工创新是企业创新的源泉,员工的创新行为在企业中的知识创造和分配中起着核心作用。本文利用Wiley Online Library和Science Direct两个国外文献数据库来检索员工创新行为影响因素的相关文献,通过分类整理,选择了其中主要的28篇相关文献,从个体心理视角、组织情境视角、个体与情境共同作用视角、工作特征视角和人际互动视角,对员工创新行为影响因素的文献进行了归纳和分析,阐述了现有文献中所存在的研究不足,并对下一步的员工创新行为影响因素的研究提出了展望。

    Abstract:

    Innovation is the basis of enterprises’ survival and development. As for an enterprise, employee innovation is the source of enterprise innovation, and employee innovation behavior plays a core role in the knowledge creation and distribution in the enterprise. By using two foreign literature databases of Wiley Online Library and Science Direct, this paper searches the related literatures on the influencing factors on employee innovation behavior, selects 28 relative papers after classification and sorting out, analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors on employee innovation behavior from such five perspectives as individual psychological perspective, organizational situation perspective, individual and situational interaction perspective, work feature perspective and interpersonal interaction perspective, expounds the deficiencies in the researches in current literatures, and finally, prospects future research on the influencing factors on employee innovation behavior.
